RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please inform us and we will gladly provide an exchange for the same item in a different size, color, or style. Additionally, in the unlikely scenario that the merchandise you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return the unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging with original tags for an exchange. Once your returned merchandise is received, our customer care team will review it to ensure that all the conditions are met and will process your Store credit/exchange accordingly. You may utilize the Store Credit that has been granted to you to acquire a product that has an equal or greater value. The Store Credit will remain valid for a period of three months starting from the date of issuance. As a gesture of gratitude for your faith and patience, I will ship the new product to you without any extra shipping expenses!
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
2. Once products are delivered, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned. However, they may be exchanged for another product or store credit.
3. To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must be unused and have all tags still attached. Vijimish reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged or soiled and return them to the customer.
4. When returning items, please make sure to include any provided accessories such as belts, bow which you received along with the product and designer packaging like muslin/cotton/dust/paper bags and cards. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
5. Kindly note that we can only accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery of the product. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.
6. Vijimish is not accountable for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end.
7. All custom made orders are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE /NON-REFUNDABLE.
8. In case of customised orders, we can only perform alterations once, if required. Any additional alterations will incur alteration and courier charges, which will need to be borne by the customer.
9. Merchandise that has been discounted is not eligible for RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND.
10. All Sale products are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE.
EXCHANGE POLICY WITHIN INDIA
Step 1: Contact us by writing an email to labelvijimish@gmail.com or by call/WhatsApp at +91-9743040794 within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Step 2: Await confirmation from us regarding the return process. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner. If this service is unavailable in your area, we request that you self-ship the item back to us.
Step 3: Securely pack your return, ideally in the original packaging, and courier it back to us. We will provide further details in the email confirmation.
EXCHANGE POLICY OUTSIDE INDIA
1. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. If the cancellation is made prior to the shipment of the product, we will issue a full refund.
2. Unfortunately once the order is placed, we won't be able to allow returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is faulty, damaged or if the merchandise delivered is not what you ordered.
3. However, in some exceptional cases, we may be able to facilitate an exchange for a customer if they can return the goods with all the original product tags and packaging are intact to an address in India, from where our courier partner can arrange for a pickup, within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Please note that shipping, customs, or any other additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. The refunded amount will only be for the products, and the shipping charges are non-refundable. In case you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at labelvijimish@gmail.com providing your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. Upon reviewing it, we will either offer a store credit or refund the amount for the defective product if applicable.
5. Please note that we do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
